Become a Facilitator

Facilitators are the heart of Let’s Talk About It and Held. They are the ones who create safe, sacred spaces where people can speak honestly, process pain, and rediscover hope through faith.

As a facilitator, you don’t have to have all the answers — you simply need a compassionate heart, a listening spirit, and a willingness to walk beside others as they heal.

You’ll lead small groups, guide discussions using our faith-centered materials, and help families, couples, and individuals experience connection through conversation, reflection, and prayer.

Every conversation has the power to heal. As a certified Let’s Talk About It facilitator, you’ll help create safe spaces where individuals, families, and communities can process grief, find comfort, and rediscover faith through honest dialogue.

Why Become a Facilitator?

Our Facilitator Training Program is designed to prepare you not just to lead — but to nurture. Through a balance of biblical insight, emotional awareness, and practical guidance, we equip facilitators to handle tender moments with confidence and care.

What Makes Our Training Different:

Faith & Emotional Integration: We train you to lead with both spiritual discernment and emotional intelligence — combining ministry and mental wellness principles in every session.

Comprehensive Curriculum Access: You’ll receive structured guides, discussion outlines, and participant materials for the programs you lead.

Real-Life Application: Our training includes real-world examples, role-play scenarios, and compassionate communication tools.

Ongoing Mentorship: After certification, facilitators are never alone. You’ll have access to community check-ins, continued education, and one-on-one mentorship through our leadership team.

Holistic Care Approach: We teach facilitators to recognize when participants may need additional pastoral or professional support — and how to connect them to the right resources.

Faith-Centered Certification: Every facilitator is grounded in prayer, Scripture, and a commitment to create safe spaces that reflect Christ’s heart for the brokenhearted.

Our flexible training options are built to meet you where you are:

In-Person Training Intensives: Live workshops and leadership retreats designed for deeper learning and connection.

Virtual Training Program: Online sessions and digital resources that allow you to complete training at your own pace from anywhere in the world.

Ongoing Education Library: Access an ever-expanding collection of recorded workshops, printable guides, and new curriculum modules.

As We Grow, So Will You

Becoming a facilitator isn’t just a one-time training — it’s a growing journey.
As Let’s Talk About It continues to develop new programs, our Facilitator Pathway will expand to include specialized certifications such as:

Current & Upcoming Focus Areas:

  • Held for Adults: Equip adults and couples to work through grief using guided materials, practical reflection tools, and faith-based workbooks that bridge emotional healing and spiritual growth.
  • Held at Home: Train facilitators to lead families in faith-centered discussions and connection activities that help them heal together after loss.
  • Held for Children & Teens: Prepare facilitators to create safe, age-appropriate spaces for younger participants to explore feelings, faith, and hope through creative lessons and gentle conversation.

As our programs continue to grow, we’ll add additional certification opportunities for specialized ministries and outreach.
