Held: Faith and Healing After Loss
What Is Held?
Held is a guided grief and healing program designed to help adults and couples walk through loss with faith, honesty, and compassion.
Whether you’ve experienced the death of a loved one, a miscarriage, or another kind of deep loss, Held offers a place to process, reflect, and heal — step by step, in God’s presence.
Through guided sessions, reflection questions, and Scripture-based discussions, participants learn to navigate emotions, rebuild faith, and rediscover connection after loss.
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3

Accessible Healing — Wherever You Are
We know that grief doesn’t fit into a schedule — so we’ve made Held accessible in every way possible.
You can join in person with a local facilitator or virtually from the comfort of your home.
- In-Person Groups: Hosted through our ministry and community partners, led by trained facilitators who guide you through each week’s session.
- Virtual Groups: Offered several times a year, combining live sessions with digital access to reflection materials and online discussions.
- Individual Study Option: For those who prefer private reflection, you can follow the guided workbook at your own pace with access to devotional readings and journaling prompts.
No matter how you choose to participate, you’ll find the same message of comfort and truth — that God meets us in our pain, and healing happens when we bring our grief into the light.
What You’ll Experience

The Held Workbook
The Held Workbook is a faith-guided companion designed to walk with you through the emotional and spiritual journey of grief.
Rooted in Scripture and informed by proven psychological tools, it provides structure for reflection, space for honest emotion, and gentle direction toward hope and healing — one page, one prayer, and one conversation at a time.
Inside, you’ll find guided reflections, journaling prompts, and Scripture-based readings that help you process grief one step at a time. Each section includes emotional awareness exercises, faith-centered devotionals, and practical tools to rebuild hope, strengthen your faith, and rediscover purpose after loss.
